Samudayik Awaaz: empowering citizens using radio and SMS
We are officially kicking off Samudayik Awaaz – Voices of Nepal, a new type of interactive campaign that aims to empower citizens through evidence based advocacy using radio and SMS.
Polls on Water, Sanitation & Hygiene, Menstrual Health and Covid-19
Throughout the next couple of months, we will conduct 6 poll questions on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Menstrual Health, and Covid-19. Each poll question will be followed by an interactive live radio talk show, where the community will be able to voice their opinions, concerns and experiences.
Several districts and partners
This campaign will run in Sindhupalchowk district, under the ASHA programme and Banke district, under the WASH SDG programme. Samudayik Awaaz is a campaign run in collaboration with Sebac-Nepal, Sahakarmi Samaj, Simavi, Trac FM Uganda and local radio stations.
